Why we build it

So you stop juggling eight apps and a spreadsheet.

One simple app for your sales, stock, customers, staff and books. In plain English, set up with you by a real person.

Our values

What we promise

01

Calm over clever

If a screen needs a course, we redo the screen.

02

Plain English, always

We say “money people owe you”, not “receivables”.

03

A real person, every time

No chatbots, no ticket numbers. Someone who knows your shop picks up.

04

Built for your trade

A pharmacy and a salon don’t work the same, so Octabiz doesn’t either.

The team

Eight arms. One team.

Like the octopus, every arm of our team does its own job and they all work together. Here's who you'll meet, and when.

Demo guides

A real person shows you Octabiz on your screen, set up for your kind of business. Ask anything, no slides.

  • 30 minutes, at a time you pick
  • Shown on your screen, live
  • No sales pressure
Where we are

Two homes, one team.

Our headquarters is in Louisville, Kentucky, close to the main-street shops we build for. Our Muscat, Oman office serves owners across the Gulf, in their time zone and their language. Wherever you are, the same team answers.
