Everything you need to write about Octabiz or show our logo: files to download, our colors, how to spell the name and a description you can copy as it is. If you need something that is not here, email us and a person will reply.

Logo

Our logo is a rounded square tile with the Octabiz asterisk in the middle. Use the light version on white or pale backgrounds and the dark version on dark ones. Please don't stretch it, recolor it, add effects or put it on a busy photo. Leave some clear space around it, at least a quarter of its width.

About Octabiz

Pick the length that fits and use it as it is. These say the same thing, just in more or less detail.

Short (about 50 words)

Octabiz is one app for running a small business. It brings point of sale, accounting, inventory, customers, bookings and an online shop together, with an AI assistant that helps with the busywork. Octabiz is made by Octasys LLC and is used by retailers, service businesses and specialist trades.

Medium (about 100 words)

Octabiz is one app for running a small business. Instead of juggling separate tools for the till, the books, stock, customers and the website, owners do it all in one place. Octabiz covers point of sale, invoices and accounting, inventory, a customer list with calls and messages, bookings, an online shop and team tools. An AI assistant answers questions about the business and takes care of routine jobs, such as drafting emails and chasing unpaid invoices. Octabiz is built by Octasys LLC. It works in the browser, on phones and as a desktop till for Windows and Mac.

Long (about 250 words)

Octabiz is one app for running a small business. Most owners still juggle five or six tools: one for the till, one for the books, a spreadsheet for stock, another app for bookings and something else again for the website. Each one holds part of the picture, and the owner spends evenings copying numbers between them. Octabiz puts all of that in one place.

The platform covers point of sale, invoices and accounting, inventory, a customer list with calls, texts and email, appointments and bookings, an online shop called OctaShop, and tools for the team. Because everything shares the same data, a sale at the counter updates stock, the customer record and the books at the same moment. An AI assistant sits on top. It answers questions about the business in plain English and takes care of routine jobs, such as drafting emails and following up on unpaid invoices. Owners get one login and one place to look when something needs attention.

Octabiz runs in the browser and on phones. The POS desktop app for Windows and Mac keeps selling when the internet drops and syncs once the connection is back. Businesses can connect tools they already use, including QuickBooks Online, Square and WooCommerce, and developers can build on a public API and list their apps on Ocean Market.

Retailers, service businesses and specialist trades such as rug cleaners use Octabiz to run their day. Octabiz is built by Octasys LLC. Learn more at octabiz.ai.
